Redwood Heights is a welcoming and inclusive neighborhood in the Oakland Hills, just above Mills College, and where families stay for generations. This is a community that has held an annual multi-family, pan-neighborhood garage sale for more than 40 years and where residents go all out for Halloween, with decorations and treats at almost every house. With relatively flat streets, locals here walk, bike, or scoot around with ease. Houses here are on the smaller side, generally with two to three bedrooms, most dating from the 1920s to the 1950s.
