Spring Hill
Originally rural farmland, Spring Hill began rapidly growing in the 1990s and now serves as a popular commuter community for Franklin and Nashville. Between 2000 and 2020, Spring Hill’s population went from slightly less than 8,000 to 50,000 residents, as more and more people discovered the town’s suburban charms.
