How should we connect with you?

    Clayton

Clayton is one of the fastest growing towns in the Greater Raleigh area, attracting residents from near and far. Most of the housing stock in Clayton is either new construction or very recent builds, making it a great choice for anyone looking to move into a turnkey or custom home. The development has been rapid and recent, as Clayton has plenty of available space, giving a more rural feel to the town, and allowing for a plethora of options at a wide range of price points. Though residential development originally outpaced commercial development, significant improvements are underway. The North Waterfront District, a massive mixed-use development, is the most highly anticipated project in the works, slated to open in 2025 with restaurants, townhouses, shopping, and even a hotel. There are also some new playgrounds with fun play structures and a splash pad, and miles of greenways, including the Clayton River Walk on the Neuse.
