Today, with a population close to 61,000 people, Spring has a mix of neighborhoods including gated communities, master-planned communities, and established subdivisions. The boundaries of Spring are nebulous, and parts of The Woodlands have Spring as a postal address. Old Town Spring, a former train depot, serves as the region’s quaint, historic hub, with more than 100 independent boutiques, restaurants, and breweries.
