Scott not only sold my apartment, but was also my real estate agent for the purchase of my new home. After deciding to move back to NYC from LA, we began working with Scott to sell our Williamsburg apartment (which we had been renting out) so that we could buy a multifamily townhouse somewhere in Brooklyn. Scott found a buyer pretty quickly - there were multiple offers within two weeks - and then we began searching for places in Bushwick, Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy.

This was our first experience in the NYC market. Scott has good knowledge of the neighborhoods and buildings and provides good direction.
