Duo goes above and beyond

Corcoran Group's Erik Bottcher (right) and Chris Poore recently sold a duplex with Central Park views for $4.3 million - $305,000 more than the asking price. 

 

The apartment at 230 Central Park South has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The original asking price was $3.9 million.  "Due to the outstanding renovation, we had multiple bids and ended up going way above the ask," Poore said.

 

The apartment was on the market for two months.
