Why it’s for sale The Ulaszeks are moving to North Carolina. Michael, 35, is a marketing account director and Karli, 36, is a stay-at-home mother.

A lot of memories have been made in this 1956 ranch in the short time the Ulaszeks have lived here. This is where Michael proposed to Karli and where the couple started a family.
