Done Deals: Mom’s The Word on Perry

A Perry Street pad brought in a slew of offers the minute it hit the market.

But it was a couple buying for their child who won the one bedroom at 167 Perry with an offer $10,000 over ask.

Jennifer Ireland (pictured) at Corcoran listed the apartment on the street made famous as the home of Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City at $695,000.

Corcoran colleague Michael Spodek took his buyers to see it the very next day. "The buyer submitted an all cash, full ask offer within 24 hours," said Ireland, who kept the property on the market for the rest of the week to see what other interest there would be.

Sure enough, several other offers came in. "To show their interest, the buyer increased their offer, which was accepted within seven days," said Ireland.

Apartment 4H in the boutique co-op has hardwood floors, a wood burning fireplace and private terrace.

The building's roof deck overlooks the Hudson.
