Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group announced that Armelle Flood has joined the organization as sales director.
Flood will work alongside company veteran JP Forbes heading up sales at The Brodsky Organization’s forthcoming Manhattan development 135 East 79th Street as co-sales director.
Flood has a background in new development working on such properties as Residences at Mandarin Oriental, The Harrison, The Centurion and 1055 Park Avenue.
Prior to joining Corcoran Sunshine, she was sales director for The Touraine, the Upper East Side property developed by Toll Brothers City Living which, under her sales leadership, reached 95% sold in less than three months.
She has worked in new development in Manhattan, Miami Beach, Paris and Montreal.
Born in Paris, she brings particular expertise in international buyers.
The company also announced the promotion of JP Forbes to sales director.
Forbes ranks among Corcoran Sunshine’s most experienced and well-regarded sales professionals, most recently generating hundreds of millions of dollars in sales at Manhattan House on East 66th Street.
Prior to that, Forbes handled sales for several high-profile properties represented by The Sunshine Group and Corcoran Sunshine including The Mark, Arcadia, The Laurel, Harsen House and 110 Central Park South.
