WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ATTRACT SO MANY A-LIST CLIENTS?

I would never make that distinction. I attract clients, many of whom come by referral, who know that I value trust. integrity, discretion and time. My clients recognize that I'm their fiercest advocate in negotiations and are confident in my ability to represent their interests and ultimately deliver what I promise.

IF MONEY WAS NO OBJECT, WHAT PROPERTY FOR SALE IN YOUR AREA WOULD YOU BUY AND WHY?

Actually, it would be one of my current listings: 49 E 68th Street. A 25-foot wide townhouse, on a stellar block. Building history and heritage always fascinates me. This home, built in the early 1900s, was once the residence of the Russian Government and adjacent to the Russian Embassy. The rumor is there were tunnels connecting the two properties, though none that I've discovered. Unlike other townhouses this size, it's flooded with light and has a beautifully landscaped roof garden that is a true oasis in the city.

IN WHAT FIELD OTHER THAN REAL ESTATE COULD YOU SEE YOURSELF AND WHY?

Talk show host. I love being with people, talking to them and establishing a meaningful rapport. Anyone who has bought or sold real estate can relate to the idea that you enter into a surprisingly intimate relationship with your broker. Uninterrupted hours are spent discussing personal backgrounds, financial goals, relationship dynamics, hopes, dreams, vision, you name it. Nothing is off limits. I'm fortunate; over the years I've had the opportunity to meet incredibly interesting and charismatic people who have not only become clients, but longtime, dear friends.

WHAT PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?

Every deal has its complications. That said, I recently completed a large scale deal where I represented a buyer looking to purchase an adjacent townhouse. The adjacent townhouse, which wasn't for sale at the time, was a co-op comprised of five individual owners, three of whom lived overseas. Each unit had varying square footage, layouts, etc. We mobilized the co-op shareholders, assessed the viability of combining the two properties, presented and Ultimately negotiated five individual transactions all closing in a single, tightly orchestrated afternoon.

DID YOU HAVE ANOTHER CAREER PRIOR TO REAL ESTATE? HOW HAS IT CONTRIBUTED TO YOUR SUCCESS IN REAL ESTATE?

My career and passion aligned at an early age. I've always had an obsession for real estate and homes. When I was younger, I'd tour historic mansions of the Philadelphia Mainline or join my father for a drive through beautiful neighborhoods. That said, my earliest jobs were in media sales and development for an international nonprofit. It gave me the opportunity to live and work overseas in Jerusalem, Johannesburg, and Sydney.  These early positions exposed me to a cross section of personalities in diverse fields. I learned early on that the only constant in sales is to have a keen understanding of my client's objectives and absolute knowledge of my product and market.
