Tuesday Weld Lists Estate

Actress Tuesday Weld is looking to sell her Montauk, N.Y., home for just under $10 million.

The 1.2-acre oceanfront property is on a bluff, not far from the center of the Eastern Long Island village. There's a five-bedroom main house, a one-bedroom guest cottage, a swimming pool and a garage with a studio. The second-floor master suite has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water. "The whole house is really the views," Ms. Weld says. "It's like being on a yacht." She was attracted to Montauk by the pace, slower than the Hamptons, she adds.

The actress bought the house in 1990 for about $1.8 million with her then-husband, Israeli violinist and conductor Pinchas Zukerman. They purchased it from the estate of Norman Kean, who produced the long-running Broadway show "Oh! Calcutta!" and who killed himself and his wife in their Manhattan apartment in 1988.

Ms. Weld, 63 years old, received a best-supporting-actress Oscar nomination for 1977's "Looking for Mr. Goodbar." Other films include "Pretty Poison" and "I Walk the Line." Theresa Eurell of Corcoran Group has the listing.
