Corcoran Group Awards Top Sellers

The Corcoran Group held its annual awards ceremony last month and announced the winners of the East End division's real estate awards.

 

The top sales agent by sales volume was Susan Breitenbach of the Bridgehampton office. The top teams by sales volume were Cee Scott Brown of the Sag Harbor office and Jack Pearson of the Bridgehampton branch, and Cliffeton Green and Drew Green, also of the Bridgehampton branch.

 

Gary DePersia of the East Hampton office was named the top exclusive listing agent. Anita Klempner of East Hampton was named top rental agent by units rented, and the team of Bonny Aarons, Janette Goodstein and Richard Herbert, also of the East Hampton branch, logged the highest rental price for the company at $750,000.

 

Ms. Aarons and Linda Haugevik of the Bridgehampton office nabbed the highest sales price of the year.

 

The East End rookie of the year was Joe DeCristofaro of the Southampton office, while Roman Bohoslawec was honored as employee of the year. Barbara Sloan, a senior vice president working in the Southampton office, was recognized for the longest length of service to the company, 28 years.

 

Corcoran also recognized the top two agents in each office. They were: Theresa Eurell and Helen Stubbmann of the Montauk office; Suzanne Rose and Victoria Thompson of the Amagansett office; Ms. Aarons and Mr. DePersia of the East Hampton office at 51 Main Street, and Elaine Stimmel and Patricia Wadzinski of the East Hampton office at 78 Main Street; Gioia DiPaolo and Mala Sander of the Sag Harbor office; Penelope Moore and Gina Surerus of the Shelter Island office; Ana O'Byrne and Jack Zito of the Bridgehampton office at 2405 Montauk Highway, and Ms. Breitenbach and Ms. Haugevik of the Bridgehampton office at 1936 Montauk Highway; Carolyn Kendall and Judi Krauss of the Nugent Street office in Southampton, and Pat Garrity and Geoff Hull of the Southampton office at 88 Main Street; Pat DeLuca and Frank Schwahl of the Hampton Bays office; and Kathryn Strom and Connie Walsh of the Westhampton Beach office.

 

According to the company, the following agents and brokers completed more than $50 million in sales in 2007: Ms. Aarons, Ms. Breitenbach, Mr. DePersia, Ms. Haugevik, and the team of Cliffeton Green and Drew Green. The following agents and brokers completed $20 million to $50 million in sales in 2007: the team of Mr. Brown and Ms. Pearson, Ms. Garrity, Donna Daniele and Peter Huffine of the Bridgehampton office, Mr. Hull, Ms. Moore, Diane Saatchi, Ms. Stimmel and Ms. Wadzinski of the East Hampton office.
