Betsy Twigg is the person you want on your side if you are selling your house. She has seen it all. She is unflappable. My husband and I knew we had a lot of work to do to get our Arlington home ready for sale earlier this year. We'd been there 30 years, and it was well loved and lived in. She helped us focus on the most cost-effective solutions to get the house ready to sell. She also offered great advice about how to manage our time -- hire painters and focus on staging - because we were both still working full time. The services she offers really helped our house shine -- staging and photography especially. She also recommended a real estate agent in the city we were moving to, some 600 miles away. Betsy provided the most thoughtful and comprehensive response of the five agents we interviewed. As we moved closer to the day the house went on the market, again and again she demonstrated that we made the right choice.

We loved Betsy, she was great! We sold our home this past year and started working with her many months in advance to understand what we needed to do in preparation for the sale. Betsy Twigg provided exceptional service in the sale of a rental house I had owned for almost 40 years. The house was solid and well maintained; however, none of the three bathrooms nor the kitchen had been updated in decades. Further, the property was on Carlin Springs Road, a busy and noisy thoroughfare. Some of the houses across the street were in derelict condition. Betsy did a first-class job of helping me stage the house, bringing in her own stager to rearrange the furniture I had brought in. She also added a few finishing pieces of her own. Much to my surprise, her ad for the house was titled "Adorable and Affordable." After looking at the pictures in the ad and at the house itself, I was even more astonished to find that she was right. She had made the house "adorable." There were two offers within a week. A third offer, which I accepted, came in the third week. We went to settlement a month later. The staging of the house, the advertising, the open house for agents and for the public, her responsiveness during each step of the process - everything she did was a class act.
