We met Irene about a year ago when we were looking to understand the local Hoboken market and the buildings that we were interested in. We’ve purchased and sold multiple properties with them in town and they are full service, from helping us buy off market to decorating once inside the new home. Whatever you need, someone is always available to assist. They have years of experience in Hoboken and are familiar with all the zoning rules for home updates, flooding issues and usually know your future neighbors as well! Even after a year in our new home, I still reach out constantly with questions on repairman etc. and they are always there to help with a quick response.
