Kim Latour and Taylor Rae are a great team – helping us find and purchase our first co-op in Riverdale. It was a pleasure working with Kim and Taylor who were both professional and pleasant. I was lucky enough to meet Kim early on in our search for a new home. She was representing an apartment that we were interested in, and while that apartment wasn’t a good fit for us, Kim and I decided to meet for coffee to discuss our house hunting. For the next six months Kim worked to find us just the right place. We would travel within NYC and up to Westchester County, and other surrounding areas looking for the perfect home. After each home/apartment/condo/co-op, Kim would debrief me/us to determine what the pluses and minuses were for each place to help us zero in on the perfect home. And at the end of six months, we found it, moved in, and it is perfect. And all the time Kim was a joy to work with, professional, pleasant, and insightful.Her years of experience and knowledge of the markets were evident every time we met. Her patience when she would show us a wonderful home and we’d say, very nice, but not quite what we are looking for, was astounding.
