I have nothing, but praise for Madison & her work ethic! Maddy was introduced to me by a mutual friend & I mentioned to her that I was looking into buying my first home, in passing one day. Thats all it took to get her wheels in motion! I have a dozen personal friends that are in residential real estate, but none of them were on top of it like Maddy was. I would get a link to over 200 MLS listings that other agents would send & tell me to go through & find what I liked, but that was exhausting & a majority of them were a waste of time to even click on. It really turned me off & it felt like they didn't really care.  Madison "cut out the fat" & would give me 9-12 homes that she really liked, herself, knew my budget, knew what I DIDN'T want(just as important!)knew the possible areas where I wanted to live & that made life a whole lot easier! Once I found something that I loved, the paperwork was a breeze & I would get updates & emails from Madison (almost hourly some days!) throughout the entire process.
