I dealt with Mark Hudson, who shepherded me through my house sale from placing on the market through to sale. Mark was supremely helpful in so many ways. As a Realtor, he offered valuable advice amidst offers (including a couple of withdrawals - altogether the fault of foundation issues with the house and not Mark's work). Mr. Hudson did a lot of physical work setting the staging, including dragging items into the house that made the setting more amenable to sale. His advice about staging (including colour recs, furniture placement [and removal]) was invaluable. On a couple of occasions (e.g. chimney re-lining), Mr. Hudson personally engaged certified contractors on my behalf and arranged inspection, estimate, and performance of duties. Having Mr. Hudson's help with this sort of thing was like having a master contractor. Mr. Hudson's Realtor advice, about the best offer among some made the final sale process almost painless. Selling a house is not easy, Mr. Hudson made it as easy as it possibly could have been in my circumstances. Mark gave us top drawer service for an extended period of time - nearly a year.
