Nadine is a saint and made our moving experience painless. When my roommates and I began our apartment search we reached out to at least 20 different apartments in hopes of finding the perfect one for us. However, that search swiftly came to an end when we discovered Nadine. We fell in love with our now apartment and moved in a week ago. She was kind, easily accessible, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were approved and moved into our apartment. Had it not been for her, we may have still been looking and would not be in a space as beautiful as where we are now. I highly suggest her to anyone looking for a broker who is honest, effective, and professional.

I dealt with Nadine Nassar. Thanks to her I just got a sweet studio in Washington Hieghts/Harlem. I had a tight budget but she came through. If you are looking for an excellent, no bs, and a really-knows-her-market broker give Nadine Nassar a call. She's just saved me a ton of bs and scams etc. And yes you might snag a no-fee too if you are lucky. I was :)/ She achieved in 1-2 weeks, what I struggled to achieve in my few years of apartment searching. She was attentive, really tunes into her client's needs while giving you very practical options to make your apartment search go smoothly. I'm aware this review is going to seem like hyperbole, but honestly, it doesn't even come close to describing the excellent service we got from Nadine Nassar. Coming from California, we had no appreciation for the NYC process of purchasing a Co-Op. Nadine was not only knowledgable about the process, but more importantly, she was super organized and detail-oriented. She guided us each step of the way, keeping us apprised of the timeline, requirements, and deadlines. Christine assisted and without skipping a beat, helped us to gather the necessary paperwork. We'll be forever grateful for their patience and tireless efforts to successfully close the deal. Seriously, I don't know when these women get to sleep! We always felt like we were their only clients (and I know they had a lot of other clients). Most importantly, they counseled us several times, when we were gripped with anxiety.

Nadine Nassar did an excellent job of listing and selling my apartment. She answered all my questions, advise me, and helped in every aspect of the sale and closing. She is upbeat, professional and helpful in every way. I highly recommend her.

Knowledgable and tirelessly working on our behalf, she was also very good at setting us (first-time home buyers = nervous and many questions!) at ease with not only her obvious competence but her sense of humour and warmth. Me and my roommates found Nadine after her showing our dream apartment. From the very beginning, she was kind, informative, and attentive. After looking at some others we came back to Nadine who handled us as if we were close friends. She WORKED, and I mean put in the real-time and effort, to make sure that got approved for the apartment and were able to move in as soon as possible, especially being that there were tenants in there until the 30th. She maintained constant communication throughout the entire process, answering every question and worry we had! I 100% recommend her for all of your rental AND sales. I can't say enough good things about her.

She helped me find a great apartment in my budget (she even helped me find a more realistic budget), and she guided me through every step of the process, right up to move-in day. My roommates and I had Nadine Nassar as our broker for the apartment we signed for today, and she's a freaking rockstar. She showed us tons of apartments within our needs and wants, and was honest with us through the whole process - no BS just to get us to spend money. Once we decided on a place, Nadine went above and beyond at all sorts of hours to help us collect and organize our mountain of paperwork. She responded to texts and gave timely answers at all sorts of hours, and her incredibly hard work landed us our dream apartment. She knows the area uptown so well, and could answer anything we thought of. We would have been absolutely lost without her and we're so grateful for her dedication! Everyone knows apartment hunting in New York hugely sucks, but Nadine made the process as painless as was possible.

Don is seriously the best agent in NYC- he knows a great deal about and takes pride in the Harlem area. Not only did he help my wife and I get into a BEAUTIFUL apartment in 3 days, but he also negotiated our rent down! He went above and beyond all the way to the end- gifting us a sweet Bohemia umbrella as a parting memento. I could go on an on, but I'll spare you. Bottom line: Anyone who is a newbie to the big apple (we were)- rest assured, Don is your guy.

My boyfriend and I worked with Amy at to find a 1 bedroom apartment to rent in the Upper West Side/Morningside Heights. We were moving from another city and needed someone to help us find a place in a very short time frame and coordinate everything with us remotely. We were very stressed out about it, but Amy really helped ease things! They also know the areas really well and had many suggestions and recommendations. A few days before we were landing in New York, Amy sent us links and information about all the listings that met our needs with a few notes about each. We then flew up to NY for viewings and only saw apartments that could really work for us. They made sure to listen to all our feedback after each showing and incorporates that into the listing they showed us next. They also made the effort to arrange viewings through the weekend as we were only there for a very short period of time. Throughout the viewings, they listed out both the pros and cons of all the apartments they showed us so we could make an informed decision. Amy was a fantastic help throughout the apartment hunt process. I feel like I was a bit picky in what I wanted in a unit and they were very patient with me and showed me a number of listings, and was able to talk me through the application processes. They asked fantastic questions to the other real estate agents (ones I wouldn't have thought of myself, but after they asked realized were very important)(i.e. where do you throw away garbage/if laundry is in the building, is it quarters or card/electronic). Really a great guide through the mess that is Manhattan apartment hunting!
