Marvin and Kasia and his team were incredubly helpful, knowledgeable about the 34 South 1st Street listing, which I used as a site for my thesis project. They provided historical background, appropriate drawings, and were very helpful in answering all my questions. Marvin was exceptional in all aspects of our move and lease signing process. He was accommodating with our requests, streamlined communications with the landlord for speedy execution of the lease, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable in the new space, including helping arrange inspections and minor improvements. 10/10 experience and overall great guy who takes his job very seriously. I have been through the process of selling properties and purchasing properties with Marvin for my family. From start to finish all four transactions exceeded my expectations.
