The homebuying process was daunting, but Phil guided us through every step, making the process smooth. Even the hard and stressful moments were fun because of Phil's great sense of humor. He's an expert on the DC market and always had our financial and personal well-being in mind. He patiently answered all of our many questions, was happy to hop on a call anytime we needed to talk something through, and was our fierce advocate during negotiations. Though we've just moved into our new place and intend to stay for many years, I know who I will call when we sell and look for our next place.

Phillip receives our highest possible kudos for his help as we were buying a small condo recently. He reviewed every document and was able to save $7,000 off the purchase price of the condo because the seller neglected to provide information about an upcoming expense we would have to cover. Through the entire process Phillip was thorough, professional, smart and fun to work with. We would unhesitatingly use him ourselves and recommend him to anybody in search of a fabulous realtor.

Phillip went above and beyond his remit in every way possible. I really felt like we had a partner throughout a very difficult process. Despite the insanity of the market, he always made us feel like we were his only clients; excellent communication and incredible availability. Having successfully navigated the SF Bay Area's housing market, we rolled into the DC area with a level of hubris. After six months of sifting through abysmal inventory, losing five offers and more than a few thoughts about giving up entirely, Phillip secured an off market deal on a PRISTINE home in our target neighborhood that checked EVERY box we set out to fulfill...and it came in at our original budget number set back in September 2020. It's nothing short of absurd or miraculous. Phillip stayed even keel, focused and determined and he steered us into a dream scenario.

Phillip was excellent, very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were looking in and right on the nose with sales price predictions. He was always available to tour houses and answer questions about everything from schools to renovation costs. If he wasn’t sure what the answer was, he would quickly find out.
