I met Sabrina Seidner when I saw her listing for a co-op studio that appeared to be 'perfect for my dream of having a pied-a-terre. From the first conversation, everything felt easy to navigate because Ms. Seidner is open, honest, flexible, good at listening and extremely attentive to detail. We easily set up an appointment and she was responsive to all of my questions and concerns and guided me towards making the offer, notifying me of the acceptance and then shepherding me through the board package and application, which was quite demainding. Ms. Seidner was patient, kind, resourceful and reliable throughout the process until the closing. She was available on several occasions for me to return to the studio apartment and was responsive to any requests that I made along the way. Since I met Ms. Seidner who was in the role as the real estate broker for the seller, I was not sure what to expect as a buyer without an agent. I was never disappointed; she understood what my needs were and sensed my excitement and kept us steady and on course.
