Stephanie Purtell was unbelievably professional, encouraging but also gave us enough latitude to make our own decisions, unbelievably prompt and on time, super attentive, helpful, enthusiastic, personable, and extremely effective at getting the deal done. She helped us corner an extremely tough opportunity that had multiple offers on it. We got our offer excepted because of her persistence and her resourcefulness. She worked through the peak of a Covid illness with incredible energy and edge. I don't know how she did it. I would say that she went above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion. We are unbelievably happy with the house we are in and we would not have it if it was not for her. We would recommend Steph to anyone. We had to get extremely creative and bold to make our offer attractive to the sellers. Stephanie worked tirelessly and persistently for us, and knew that getting our offer established early and noticed quickly was key to getting this deal done.
