She hired a professional photographer to took exterior and interior pictures of the house on each single corners. Outstanding service! Virginia was a true professional with upmost desire to satisfy customer needs. As a military member and someone who has moved around the world, it is sometimes very difficult finding the right place. The level of uncertainty with moving to a new place can be overwhelming. My husband and I worked with Virginia when planning our move from Tampa, FL to Arlington, VA in the Summer of 2023. Virginia Brockton was excellent! Always quick to respond, was very patient with us when learning what we did and didn’t like in condos/townhomes and helped us understand leasing rules and fees. She provided a clear website to browse listings and send comments to her about properties as well as extra resources for forwarding mail and setting up utilities afterwards. Virginia made sure we understood condo fees clearly and with her help we were able to get reimbursed for fees not disclosed by the leasing company.

If you are looking for a professional, helpful, and responsive real estate agent, look no further than Virginia Brockton. We were skeptical that a real estate agent would be of any help while apartment hunting, but Virginia proved us wrong! She always treated us with respect and responded to our inquiries within 24 hours (usually less). Most importantly, she actually listened when she asked us what we were looking for in a home, and truly worked to identify locations that met our needs. Since we were moving from out-of-state, we were only able to tour on weekends. Virginia easily accommodated our schedules, and showed us apartments over Facetime when we were not able to make the trip. I cannot speak highly enough of her services, and recommend her to anyone looking for a new home in the western DC suburbs.
