Amy is amazing through and through. Not only did she help us secure the home of our dreams, but she also inspired us to even consider purchasing our first home! It was such a pleasure to work with Amy on the sale of our co-op. We got a first hand look at what it takes to be a realtor in Manhattan and all that goes into the sale from the first look all the way to the closing. Amy suggested that we stage the apartment and as soon as we agreed she got her people on the job. The apartment needed painting and Amy had her people there promptly and they did the job well. We can't say enough about all that Amy did for us. There were many phone calls, multiple emails, trips back and forth to the apartment, and many thoughts and ideas about negotiating the final deal. In the end, we sold the co-op swiftly and got the price we wanted. She even recommend a terrific lawyer, whom we would use again. As we told Amy, we couldn't have done this without her. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the 5 boroughs.

Too bad there are only 5 stars listed here, because Amy is absolutely amazing to work with! I first met Amy in late 2020 when I had started my search to a new home, which shortly came to a halt. We reconnected in 2023 and restarted the search and I couldn't been any happier with my experience with her! Amy is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Throughout my search, she treated me like family and gave me useful feedbacks and suggestions. She always took her time to make sure my concerns were addressed, left no questions unanswered, and was always available. After our search was over (successfully!), she kindly introduced me to her friends who resided in my new building who gave me a very warm welcome! Even now, months after closing, Amy periodically checks in to ensure all is well with my new home and if there are any concerns. I highly recommend Amy and her team and I cannot wait to continue to work with her in the future for all my real estate needs.

I worked with Amy, & she was fantastic–we spent a day visiting a bunch of apartments, of which all were in my price range & met my requirements (shocking!). At the end of the day, I had 4 great places to choose from. You can't ask for better service than that! With Amy's help, I had a signed lease–on a place I never could have found on my own–in a day and a half.

She arranged a tour of all the available units, helped us limit those to the most valuable and best target units in our price range, and then convinced the other side to sell to us.
