AJ did such an amazing job during our home search. We met dozens of agents while we were looking for houses, and decided to talk to AJ during a house showing because he provided a lot of helpful information without expecting anything in return. This turned out to be the best decision we made this year. The best thing about working with AJ, is that he's so responsive and if we saw a house we wanted to look at, he'd have an appointment for us to see it that day. We looked at less than 10 houses, put an offer in on 3 of them, and 1 of them was accepted. After it was accepted AJ helped to make sure everything went fast and smooth. He even got $8,000 knocked off the asking price when the appraisal came in lower than asking. This is our first purchase in the area and when we buy our next home we'll definitely go to AJ first.
