Alissa was patient with us as our notion of the ideal home evolved rapidly over the course of several weeks and continued to coach us in the right direction ultimately arriving at the perfect home for us. She went out of her way to accommodate our weird schedules since we are moving to the Athens area from another state and only had weekends to view potential homes. She made what can become a nutty process simple and smooth and as stress free as buying a home can be. Alissa was particularly helpful with negotiations with the seller and in providing advice on priorities when evaluating a home and all it contains.
