I first worked with Alyssa to purchase my condo in 2014. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free for a first-time home buyer. She was always approachable, responsive, and available to answer any questions I had. When our family decided to move, I reached out to Alyssa again to purchase a new home and sell our condo. I was fortunate to be referred to Alyssa when I was pursuing a condo upgrade and to have her representation on both the purchase and sale of my condominium units. Alyssa Cannon worked with me helping find a condo for my daughter to live in. Since I am out of state, she had researched what was available and scheduled showings over 3 days. Once we found the right one, she helped me get a fast closing and I utilized her network of contacts for an electrician, painters and movers for my daughter. She went above and beyond to be at the condo for the trades(post closing) while my daughter was working. I can’t say enough great things about my experience working with Alyssa.

Home-buying in any year is stressful, but 2021 is really stressful. You'll need patience, luck, and a really experienced realtor. Alyssa is just who you want on your side. My husband and I met Alyssa Cannon a few years ago when we saw her at an open house. We were very impressed with her and kept in touch for over three years. Alyssa was such a delight to work with in finding my new home in Alexandria. She is a longtime resident of the Northern Virginia area and knows the real estate market better here inside and out.
