Thank you Amanda! Sad to leave Jersey City, but Amanda couldn't have made the process easier for us. Not only did she get us a full cash offer at our asking price with a quick close (I mean really how amazing is that?!), but she also took care of everything for us...everything! Since we were quarantining elsewhere, Amanda was our eyes and ears on the ground and handled all the details that came up along the way. From staging and photographs for the listing to hiring contractors to complete work for the closing, we were able to trust Amanda to get it all done so we could still close on time. After having a baby we decided to move to the suburbs and sell the condo we had only bought (with Amanda) 2 years prior.
