Betsy was referred to us by one of her past clients at a time when we needed her the most. Our home had been on the market for too long with no contracts or real interest. Betsy swooped in, and in no time got us going in the right direction. We made a few rather minor changes to our home to make it more appealing to potential buyers. After making the house "market ready" Betsy did a thorough pricing analysis showing us where our home should be positioned for the current market conditions ... several thousand dollars less than where it had been priced with our previous listing agent. Betsy held the house open most every weekend, and also had an open house for Brokers. We appreciated that Betsy kept in touch with us almost on a daily basis with emails or phone calls giving us feedback on showings, sign calls, and what her next marketing step was going to be. The end of the story is that in a tough market we were excited to get a strong contract, in a short amount of time, and were able to move on.
