I was introduced to Bill by my sister, who had worked with him to purchase a Pied-a-Terre in Manhattan.  Over a two year period, my wife and I had decided to assist our Daughters to purchase their first apartments in Manhattan, and we very much wanted the units to be in my Sister's building.  As Bill came highly recommended to us, we chose to work with him.   We were focused on studios, and it was very important to stay within the budget. Bill was instrumental in selling my mother’s apartment in Hallandale Beach, Florida. My brother had greatly overpriced the apartment and it stayed on the market for a very long time during a difficult period.
