Just to let you know how pleased my sister Ellen and I am with the way Bob Adamson handled the sale of the Randolph Street property. Ellen and I are the executors of Ann Wagner's estate. Ann died in October, 2019, and Ellen and I contracted with Bob to sell her house. I live in Denver, Colorado and anticipated the myriad of problems that could arise due to my out-of-state location. From day one, Bob did everything in his power to make sure the sale went smoothly including providing suggestions as to how to remove trash from the house, arranging for a company to remove and sell Ann's personal property, and interceding with the Maryland title company that did the closing, when problems arose due to the title company's lack of knowledge of Virginia closing requirements. Bob was hands on during the entire sales process and always available to assist with any questions or issues that arose. The property was listed at $525,000 and sold for $561,000.
