Bruce is the man!! He found the apartment I'm about to move out of AND the apartment I'm going to move into! When my roommate and I had difficulty finding apartments in the area, I told her that I knew the perfect guy to help us - Bruce. Bruce doesn't just work hard - he does whatever he has decided he needs to do in order to help you. My roommate and I would sometimes get emails from him a couple of hours after his office's closing time, updating us on what places he's been looking at for us and who he's spoken to. If someone tells me they're dedicated to something, I won't believe them until they show even just half of the dedication Bruce shows to his clients. Bruce never steered us wrong. If we were touring a property and he noticed something he didn't like, he'd point it out and talk to us about it. He's an excellent teacher! My roommate and I are in our early twenties, so we don't have much experience with real estate, but Bruce taught us quite a bit - red flags to watch for when touring, how to keep ourselves safe, how to get established with landlords, those kinds of things. You won't regret it.I have recently dealt with a great realtor named Bruce Fastow; I originally contacted him in regards to a rental property that he was showing; Firstly, he was prompt, flexible, and kept a neutral position while showing me the property pointing out all the benefits of the home without coming across as too pushy. He was more than happy to go and show me the property virtually and was very thorough. When I decided the house wasn’t for me he was extremely gracious and proceeded to help me find different properties more suitable to my needs that fit my likings. The listings he sent me reflected that he was listening to what’s important to me and cared about pleasing me and more importantly was genuinely interested in aiding me to navigate the complicated process of renting a property out of state and specially in NJ.
