Caroline was amazing to work with when looking for an apartment in Boston! I was new to the city and she helped me navigate the many (and sometimes confusing!) rules/regulations surrounding apartments in Boston. She was thorough in listening to what was important to me in an apartment and gave her honest opinions on properties. She is extremely personable, easy to get in touch with, and always followed up on things for me to keep the process as smooth as possible.
