I have never sold a property and was new to the experience after hearing many horror stories about what to expect. Caroline held my hand throughout the process and took things slow with me. I was forced to rethink everything I thought I wanted to do because she truly knew best. I’m sure she earned every penny with me, but she was always great and understood how to work with me to bring me round. When I put out the word I was going to sell our home Caroline was referred to me by a very satisfied 2x client. I was greatly relieved as I had moved to another state and needed to entrust an agent to handle everything. And Caroline did!! She wrote a great listing - during COVID - just when open houses were allowed again - and attracted well-qualified buyers! I used all of Caroline's recommended vendors to prepare the house - home & pest inspectors, junk haulers, painters, cleaners, stagers, photographer etc. - all were top notch and made our quaint 1912 Edwardian look fabulous and new. Caroline orchestrated a tight timeline that everyone stuck to and the house was on the market on the estimated date. From my initial contact to close of escrow - 2 months! And everything was handled electronically - I didn't have to travel back to CA during Covid.
