Casey helped me buy a condo in Greenpoint. He's the real deal. He is knowledgeable, prompt, and volunteered to go above and beyond what he needed to. During the apartment-hunt stage, his instincts on price proved to be spot-on in the 3 places we put offers on. After going into contract, he was proactive in talking with the seller's agents and my lawyers, usually catching issues before I ever knew I'd have to.
