Coco Chanel once said “ In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different.”  I guess, we kept this in mind when chose a dynamic duo of Natalia and Daniel after exhausting interviews of some 25 of real estate agents…. I truly believe this was one of the best decisions we made. And not only because I didn’t have to repaint my authentic 19-th century brick walls in white as one of the interviewees suggested saying “well, you want the target price of XYZ - you ought to work for that!”. As if I didn’t work enough during a complete 10-year-long gut reno… But mostly because we somehow just found ourselves comfortably leaning on our agents’ expertise and energy. Somehow we just relaxed during the time when market started showing nothing but troubles. Somehow they delivered. On time, on target, on budget, on staging… and we just glided behind them to a not very simple closing, above crumbling market, above anxious competition, above demanding banks, with locked in right time price. What a team! Daniel and Natalia have stuck with us for almost 2 years until we found our dream home!
