We were looking for a wine country get away, and I was referred to David. Immediately in the first phone call I liked him right away. We were looking pretty generically, dragging him from Napa to Healdsburg. His knowledge of Sonoma is impressive, he cautioned us from spending over value for a home, and it was the right thing knowing we had a bank to deal with. When I would get discouraged he would help me not lose hope that we would find something, and when needed was always there to explain a step or a process. He’s very well connected to other agents and vendors, and if it wasn’t for him, we may have ended up losing the house we were in contract with due to the bank’s unresponsiveness. But his communication with their agent and tracking down people when he needed to helped us out tremendously.

David Kerr helped us buy a house in 2013. We were new to the area and he spent time finding out what we wanted, talked to us about different areas and worked with us to complete the buy. When we were ready to retire out of state five years later we turned again to David to help us sell. He went way beyond the duties of a listing realtor many times. When the movers took furniture we were going to use to stage the house David made several trips to his own home to provide everything we needed for the staging. His photos were done by a professional photographer and the brochures were of a substantial nature and folded, four pages.
