My family recently purchased our 2nd home, and it was a long process because we were, frankly, looking for an impossible property. Neighborhood, but with a bit of space from neighbors. Low Maintenance, but with a pool. Updated, but not unaffordable. North of Santa Rosa, but not Cloverdale, and no flood concerns. Debbie found us that house. 3x the size of the house we were leaving at only $250K more than our ‘Kitschy starter home’ 16 years later. We could NEVER have done it without her. I have known Debbie for several years and in September of 2018 I was in a position to buy a home...no "brainer" to ask Debbie for her assistance.
