I honestly didn't know how complicated and intense the apartment hunt in New York would be, but you made it less painful and helped me find the perfect place in the perfect neighborhood and in only two days. Where do I begin? After listing my co-op apt for rent with 2 other agents over 6 months having moved from NYC to FL, God sent an angel in Deirdre Scott. Her communication and follow-up throughout the process was thorough and honest. Deirdre was diligent in facilitating the viewing of the apt and processing of potential tenants. You get the feeling that not only does she love what she does but also goes above and beyond to make sure it is done and feels right. Leasing the apartment was very challenging due to the slow process with the co-op board, as well as other restrictions that the board placed on potential renters. Deirdre patiently showed the apartment and helped guide the new renters through every step of the process, including assembling the application package for the board. She even took the extra step to make sure the tenants transfers the utilities immediately. I appreciate Deirdre and the team going the extra mile to ensure that the apartment was clean and ready for move-in
