DT was unbelievably great! I was relocating from Atlanta to NYC and I needed someone who not only knew the areas of Manhattan but also took an interest and understanding to my needs. I found her through a listing of an apartment in which I was interested. She literally contacted me within an hour— but it was not a “desperate for business” contact. It was a true wanting to help contact. We went through my wants and needs. She was extremely receptive, but also provided her professional guidance and insight. Over the next couple of days, she had helped me create a short and within a week we had found a place and the leasing process was in place. She skillfully guided me through the obscure NYC renting laws and helped me feel at ease with the process. I am happy to say— I have signed a lease and she still follows up to be sure things are ok. It is so delightful to find someone who cares and doesn’t just ignore you and add you to a list. I would work with her again in a heartbeat. Nothing but positive for this gem!

DT was an invaluable resource and guided me throughout my search. She found an apartment in a great spot within my price range and was even able to negotiate the rent down for me.
