I've moved almost a dozen or more times since I moved to NYC almost 20 years ago and as such my experience with brokers has been plenty. I've even attempted to purchase a home once or twice but the process was daunting at best so I always gave up. Sometimes the real estate gods bless you though. Erin walked into my life a little under a year ago after a series of brokers yelled at me for 'not knowing what I wanted', even though I did, they just weren't listening. Erin had the best energy. She came over to help us unpack with new sheets as a housewarming present and even came over the other day with flowers and chocolates when I found out I was pregnant. We're basically best friends now. If only everything in life were this easy. Erin made everything easier. And the business of buying and selling houses needs to be easier! She gave me helpful tips and advice at every stage allowing me to not only sell my house faster than I expected to but also for more than I expected. Erin also dealt with all the things that I didn't want to deal with, reducing my stress considerably. She helped me buy the house in the first place and I came back to her to help me sell it as she was so helpful during the buying process. 5 stars indeed!

Erin exceeded our expectations on what a buyer's agent could do for us. Erin really got to know us, our values, priority and budget so could help us target properties that would really meet our needs. When we fell in love with a home but lost to another buyer, Erin didn't give up. She followed up with the seller's agent so was the first to know when the other deal was falling apart, allowing us to come in with an attractive offer. Once our offer was accepted, Erin helped us through every single step of the (intimidating!) home-buying process. She was quick to respond to all questions via phone, text and email. We couldn't have purchased the home we love without her! The other thing that makes Erin a standout Brooklyn real estate agent is that she's a Brooklyn homeowner, too. She's super knowledgable about the Bed Stuy, Bushwick, Ridgewood and the surrounding areas, and has a deep network of professional contacts.
