From therapist to motivational speaker to general contractor and liaison using her experience and expertise in a professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate way. All while simultaneously negotiating, favorable terms and price with the buyer agent and buyer. She made a very nerve-racking experience, easy and comfortable..
