Working with Greg was such a pleasure. He truly made 'the buying a home' process quite enjoyable. To begin, the thought of buying a home can be daunting and quite overwhelming. While working with Greg, we were able to get on the same page immediately. He really listened to our needs and every house he sent our way was one step closer to our dream home. Talk about 'knowing your clients.' Greg made himself available every weekend to show us homes. He was not as familiar with the real estate in Marin, but QUICKLY became a pro within the area. It became apparent that he had our best intentions. Funny story. The home we ended up buying was a home I initially passed up. I didn't like the pictures so I never mentioned it to Greg. Well, while looking at another home in the same area, Greg talked us into at least taking a look. He kept saying, 'I think your going to like this home, it checks most of your boxes, and to disregard the pics because at times, pictures don't do justice.' Well, once we drove up the driveway, walked into the home, we knew it was the one! Greg completely knew what we wanted and he found us our dream home! I cannot put into words how amazing it was to work ...

Greg is awesome. Great experience all around. Made time for us to tour multiple properties with very flexible schedule. On our own we proactively monitored listings and let him know when we found something that piqued our interest. The home we ultimately chose wasn't even on our list. Greg found it himself, and was so attuned to what we were looking for that he encouraged us to visit the property despite our initial skepticism. We are so glad we took his advice!

My husband and I lived in the village for 25 years. My husband died in 2015 and due to failing health, I had to sell my home. My son is Developmentally Disabled and he was sent to a Board and Care home and I was sent to another Board and Care home. Both of us the end of March. Greg was always very active in the village and I contacted him. The move and selling the house was very upsetting at times and he tried so hard to make it easier. Greg Grialou made everything easier. A fabulous friend. The end result was more than expected. Greg is a fabulous person and handled everything with perfection.

Living several hours from San Mateo I was lucky that Gregory Grialou had the time and patience to work with me in selling my rental home. He was able to find contractors and co-ordinate the cleaning, staging, handyman, landscaper and painters and even cleaned out some rubble from the garage himself. He went above and beyond! The house looked beautiful and sold in only 3 days!! Thank you, Greg.

Greg was always available to me and helped me with all the problems and questions I had. Also he was patient with me. I intend to have Greg handle the sale of another residence soon (my primary residence at 4109 Branson Drive also in the Village).
