Haley was excellent and super helpful as first-time home buyers, not only teaching us the basics but going as far as making us true competitors in this tough market. Haley met with my partner and I and gave us a full lesson on the home-buying process so we knew what to expect at every step of the way. We went from feeling overwhelmed to feeling supported and confident in our decisions with her advisement. Haley took the time to understand what our priorities were for our home and immediately understood our vision. She is personable, responsive, timely, professional, and funny! Ultimately, not only did she lead negotiations to have the seller pay to address costly repairs and maintenance items for the home but she also fought for and won a price reduction on our first choice house. 10/10 would recommend.

Not only are Haley and Jarrett well versed in everything Athens, they are saavy in their negotiation techniques, informed and informative, and have an eye for the overall picture that comes in handy when selling your home. This is the second time we have worked with Jarrett and Haley and we would ask them to help us again if we needed it. The process was seamless, they were responsive and informative of all questions, and fair when providing information concerning what would benefit us. Working with Haley and Jarrett was a great experience from start to finish! They were always available and communicative and handled both selling our house and purchasing a fixer upper. Jarrett and Haley did a wonderful job with both selling our house and helping us find a perfect fit for our family in our new house. As first-time homebuyers, the process from viewing homes all the way to closing seemed a daunting (if not impossible) task. Haley was there for us every step of the way, answering any and all questions we had both thoroughly and professionally. We never felt like we were being forced into anything we weren't interested in, and Haley made the overall process about as stress-free as it could possibly be. We could text Haley after standard "business hours" and on weekends, and we'd often be viewing a property either the same day or the next day after showing interest.
