Not only are Haley and Jarrett well versed in everything Athens, they are saavy in their negotiation techniques, informed and informative, and have an eye for the overall picture that comes in handy when selling your home. This is the second time we have worked with Jarrett and Haley and we would ask them to help us again if we needed it. Working with Haley and Jarrett was a great experience from start to finish! They were always available and communicative and handled both selling our house and purchasing a fixer upper. Without their keen insight of the market and specific knowledge of our new neighborhood I wouldn’t have felt as confident going into a renovation project but they handled everything from inspections to recommending a contractor and never judged us for voicing our trepidation during the process. Jarrett and Haley did a wonderful job with both selling our house and helping us find a perfect fit for our family in our new house. As first-time homebuyers, the process from viewing homes all the way to closing seemed a daunting (if not impossible) task.
