A dream came true! Almost a year ago and after our fourth trip/stay in Hawaii, especially on Oahu, the dream of having our own apartment became more and more of a desire. These were very small inexpensive things that I believe made a huge difference. Also, the staging that Heidi did was absolutely phenomenal. Our condo sold quickly and above asking price. Heidi guided us through he whole process and provided daily updates. She was always available if we had questions. She is very knowledgeable in Hawaii real estate. Heidi did an outstanding job as we were selling and purchasing a new single family home through the developer DR Horton. There was a lot of coordination and moving timetables that she was able to navigate us through. We have worked with Heidi on two other properties and can't say enough about how professional she is.

Thank goodness for Heidi! I recently moved back to the east coast from Hawaii and sold my home after I had moved back. What I thought was going to be a very painful process turned out to be the easiest thing in the world. The only reason it was so easy was because Heidi took on and handled everything. She advised on everything we needed to do to put the best house on the market and was right on the mark with everything. She provided all the best contractors/suppliers to get the jobs done timely and at great prices. Most importantly she got the house sold super quick, at asking, when interest rates were spiking and the market was taking little downturn. Wow. That was my experience in a nutshell with Heidi. What I loved most about her (besides being easy to work with and always being readily available), is her attention to detail. She will give you honest feedback and works extra hard to make sure you get what you want. Aside from that, her virtual (and physical) staging is on point.
