This was our first move in the City since coming to New York 3 years ago. Before we met Hira we were worried that we would not find an apartment that was within our budget and that met our standards. Previous realtors dismissed our dream of living in the heart of the Upperwestside as impossible. Hira, on the other hand, was determined to find us our perfect place. She did so after only two days of viewing, the first of which she was able to establish what we actually want by asking us questions and gauging our reactions at each viewing, and the second day she had prepared only viewings that she knew we would like. Every apartment we viewed on the second day met our expectations. We ended up with our #1 choice, which is unheard of in NYC! Hira was amazing! The day we planned to go look at apartments we were running super late but she was patient and kind and waited for us. She showed me and my boyfriend a few apartments and we weren't loving any of them and then she suggested one last one. As soon as we stepped foot in the apartment we knew we were going to live there. The approval process was very easy and a month later we're living in our dream apartment. All thanks to Hira :)
