My partner and I own a co-op apartment in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn. We had made a move from the city for a job opportunity. This move came just as many of the Covid restrictions were being lifted. We took advantage of the opportunity to lease our apartment for the following two years with the intent to sell following the expiration of the lease. Initially Irine was retained as an agent to find a tenant for our apartment. She found two consecutive tenants which were excellent. Given that the apartment is a coop we were only allowed to rent for 4 years, the total time both tenants lived there. We decided to sell. During both the rental and the list to sell periods she was very responsive to our requests she screened the candidates very thoroughly. she is very capable and professional. We have recommended her in the past and without hesitation will continue to recommend her.

Irine was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us throughout our year and a half long home search.
