Jaime Pera happened to be the agent of a house listed online that we were interested in, so we started talking and decided to ask him to be our agent. We were impressed by Jaime's knowledge of houses and developments in Marin, his easy-going nature, approachability, availability and savvy in the real estate business. Mr. Jaime Pera was an exceptional real estate agent whom everyone should be so fortunate to have working with them. He exceeded expectations in all areas, and surpassed the performance of previous agents I have worked with. We were in nearly daily communication discussing the multitude of decisions that must be made when a property will be put up for sale. Those discussions included what was required by the Town of Fairfax, what projects had to/should be done, the cost of such projects, the timing of listing, the asking price. Jaime had a capable team of contractors to call upon whose services he had previously used, relieving me of the nearly impossible task of locating professional help for the many different skill sets required. Moreover, I live over 2 hours away from the property, so it was not possible for me to be at the property to meet with various project managers before a project was started, when the work was being done, and then afterwards to assess the job. Jaime did that, many days, many trips for him.
