James is a rare find. I connected with him to see a property he had listed for a client and found him to be knowledgeable, kind, and honest. Sometime later, I asked James to represent me in a home purchase. He gave me a great deal of relevant information and advice, which allowed me to make informed decisions. He has always been extremely responsive and easy to work with. It's nice having someone like James as your advocate through a delicate and at times trying process like a home purchase. As an added bonus, he was proactive in providing advice on renting out a property and was able to find a well-qualified tenant for me.
