Jane was excellent throughout the entire process of finding my apartment. Furthermore, Jane was was extremely helpful with helping me search for apartments remotely over FaceTime and recorded videos. Jane is also extremely thorough with an excellent eye for detail; and often pointed out aspects of the units that I toured that I would not have otherwise noticed! Jane is also a very prompt communicator over email and phone, and flawlessly filled out several rental applications, building applications. Jane also made the process of communicating with counterparty listing agents very straightforward, often handling communication entirely on my behalf, saving me a great deal of hassle.
